John B. Hadjiprodromou

John B. Hadjiprodromou was born in the Greek island of Kos, in 1950, where he graduated from high school. He has been practicing actively, as an attorney in Athens, Greece, since 1975.

He graduated from the Athens University Law School in 1973 and received a Masters’ degree (LL.M.) from the University of London in 1978. He has been admitted to the Supreme Court for more than 40 years and has extensive advisory and litigation experience on business law matters, also sitting on the Boards of Directors of numerous corporate clients. On the execution side, his core focus is general corporate, competition, tax law as well as litigation before Greek Courts or arbitrations.

He is the co-founder of “Hadjiprodromou – Triantaphillou & Partners” and has acted as its managing partner since its establishment. The firm’s client base includes recognized market leaders across various industries, with long-standing and durable affiliations.

He is the author of several articles on legal and tax issues, published in journals and international compilations. He is a regular member of various legal and business associations, including the Greek - American Chamber of Commerce, the British - Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and the International Fiscal Association.

Evangelos P. Triantaphillou

Evangelos Triantaphillou was born in Corinth in 1954 and graduated from the University of Athens Law School and proceeded to complete his internship at the State Council’s Department of Judicial Studies and Public Administration.

He has been admitted to the Athens Bar in 1979 and to the Supreme Court of Greece since 1988; he expertises on corporate law, corporate taxation, administrative law, Intellectual Property Law and Litigation. He has successful broad experience in critical sectors of business and economy in Greece and abroad (tourism and hotel industry, car industry and auxiliary equipment and material, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and detergents, toys and games, advertising, distribution and licensing, e-commerce, e.tc.) He is the co-founder of “Hadjiprodromou – Triantaphillou & Partners” and has been acting as legal counsel and Board Member for leading Companies, mainly subsidiaries of multinational entities in Greece and neighboring countries.

He is author of articles in prominent legal journals and reviews, on various legal issues, such as indicatively “The Revocation of Acts of the Administration”, contribution to International Licensing, contribution to Merges and Acquisitions in Greece, e.t.c.

He is a member of the International Association of Lawyers [Paris], the Center of International Legal Studies [Austria], the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, the British Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.

John Bobos

John Bobos was born in Agrinion, Greece in 1962. He graduated from the University of Athens Law School and was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1987 and has been handling important cases before the Supreme Court of Greece for over 30 years.

He is a partner of “Hadjiprodromou – Triantaphillou & Partners” and has unparalleled expertise in litigation before both Civil and Criminal Courts having successfully represented clients in very complex cases and initiated legal precedent with a number of Court rulings.

He is the author of various legal publications and papers and his review of “Agency and Distribution Agreements in Greece, International Agency and Distribution Agreements” was published by Butterworths in 1991.

Grigoris Christodoulellis

Grigoris Christodoulellis was born in Mytilene, Greece in 1983. He graduated from the Thessaloniki University Law School and obtained L.L.M. Degree from the University of Heidelberg in Germany (2010) and Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law from the Athens University (2012). Grigoris has been a member of the Athens Bar since 2008, was admitted to the Supreme Court of Greece in 2021; he is a Senior Associate of HTP Law.

Grigoris specializes in Corporate, Tax , Administrative and Civil Law, GDPR and AI, being involved in a number of cases, advising distinct clients on their day-to-day operations having gained significant experience over the years. He focuses on significant business fields (tourism and hotels, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, food and drinks, car industry, toys and games, e.t.c.)

Zoi Koutra

Zoi Koutra was born in Komotini, Greece in 1994. She is a graduate of both the Department of Literature as well as of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed the Postgraduate Program in International Commercial Law at the School of Law of the European University of Cyprus. She has been a Trainee Lawyer with HTP Law since 2023.

Zoi demonstrates a particular interest in the practice areas of corporate and commercial law, labor law and civil law, as well as administrative law. She has been involved in numerous projects, evaluating cases, conducting research on specific aspects of each project and contributing to the drafting of legal documents.

Zoi is attending all the current reliable seminars on legal developments, mainly in labor Law, and keeps the Law Firm and clients updated respectively.

Christos A. Kotsakis

Christos A. Kotsakis was born in Athens, Greece, in 1969. He graduated from the Athens University Law School in 1991 and received a Masters’ degree (LL.M.) from the University of Bristol in 1992. He has been practicing actively, as an attorney in Athens, Greece, since 1994 and has extensive litigation and advisory experience on civil and commercial law matters. He is an associate of “Hadjiprodromou – Triantaphillou & Partners” since 2000. In the past he has also worked for major insurance and construction companies.

He speaks Greek and English.

Stathis Papazafiropoulos

Stathis Papazafiropoulos was born in Sparti, Laconia, in 1976 and has been practicing actively as an attorney in Athens, Greece, since 2000.

He graduated from the Athens University Law School in 1998 and received a Masters’ degree (“Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées”) in Banking and Finance Law (“Droit bancaire et financier”) from the University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He has been admitted to the Supreme Court and has considerable advisory on business law matters. On the execution side, his core fucus is banking/ financial law, banking regulatory framework, private insurance, data protection, information technology, supplier contracts (hardware and software), outsourcing projects, as well as food and beverage law/ regulations.

Prior to joining HTP Law, he worked at the Legal Counsel’s Office of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (2000-2006), gaining extensive experience advising, among others, on international IT transactions.

He has been advising numerous credit institutions on banking and finance transactions (establishment of branches, financing and security agreements, complex legal and regulatory matters etc). Additionally, he has been drafting, reviewing and negotiating private insurance group policies, reinsurance treaties, T&Cs and advising on numerous legal and regulatory private insurance matters. He has also been advising national and international companies in complex data protection issues (data transfers, spams, cloud computing etc) and representing them before the relevant Data Protection Authorities. He has significant experience on all aspects of drafting, reviewing and negotiating software development, license, maintenance, support and escrow agreements. He has been managing various IT centralization and outsourcing projects, acting on behalf of leading international companies in a number of countries. Moreover, he has been extensively involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating numerous hardware and infrastructure contracts. He has been advising leading international companies in food and beverage industry on several legal issues, representing them before the supervisory authorities and providing legal opinions on numerous related matters. He has also been advising on advertising and intellectual property matters, including drafting and negotiating marketing agreements, IP licensing and enforcement, as well as supporting brand protection initiatives.

Αναστασία Γεωργιάδη

Η Αναστασία Γεωργιάδη γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1988. Αποφοίτησε από τη Νομική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (2009) και απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο (L.L.M.) στο Δίκαιο Τροφίμων και Ποτών από το Πανεπιστήμιο De Montfort του Leicester (2015). Η Αναστασία είναι μέλος του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών από το 2011 και έγινε μέλος του Ανωτάτου Δικαστηρίου της Ελλάδας το 2022. Είναι συνεργάτης της «Χατζηπροδρόμου – Τριανταφύλλου & Συνεργάτες».

Νίκος Χρηστάκης

Ο Νίκος Χρηστάκης γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1969 και δικηγορεί από το 1994.

Αποφοίτησε από τη Νομική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο (LL.M) στο Δημόσιο Δίκαιο από την ίδια Νομική Σχολή.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της καριέρας του, ο Νίκος έχει συμβουλεύσει και εκπροσωπήσει πολυάριθμους διεθνείς και Έλληνες πελάτες ενώπιον αρχών και δικαστηρίων όλων των βαθμών και διαθέτει ουσιαστική εμπειρία στη διαχείριση υποθέσεων σε όλους τους τομείς του Διοικητικού Δικαίου ενώπιον των Διοικητικών Δικαστηρίων και του Συμβουλίου της Επικρατείας. Prof. Efthymia Kinini

Effie Kinini is an Associate  Professor at the Law School of the University of Athens (Sector of Commercial Law) teaching Competition Law; Competition and Regulation: The examples of telecoms and energy; Industrial Property Law (intellectual property rights and law of unfair trading practices); Securities Law. Education: Graduate of the Universities of Athens (LL.B., 1996; LL.M in Commercial Law, 1998; LL.M in Civil Law, 2000; PhD in Competition Law, 2004) and London (MA in Economics for Competition Law, 2008).
